In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "pp98" refers to the online gaming platform accessible at pp98.bio, including all associated subdomains, services, games, and features operated thereunder.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

Sports Betting: All sports bets placed on pp98 — including cricket, PSL markets, football, UFC, snooker, and kabaddi — are governed by the specific sport and market rules displayed alongside each market at the time of placement. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and accepted the applicable market rules.

• Odds are subject to change up until the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the point your bet is accepted are the odds that apply to your wager.
• pp98 reserves the right to restrict maximum bet stakes at its discretion, including on specific markets or for specific accounts.
• In-play betting markets may be suspended at any time during a live event. Any bets placed prior to suspension stand; bets placed after suspension are void.
• In the event of a technical error during the settlement of a betting event, pp98 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to player accounts.
• Where a betting event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, pp98's settlement policy for that sport will apply as displayed in the relevant market rules.

Any unauthorised use of pp98 intellectual property will result in immediate licence revocation and may give rise to legal proceedings.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pp98 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the pp98 platform.
• Any loss of profits, winnings, data, or goodwill arising from platform downtime, technical errors, game malfunctions, or connectivity interruptions.
• Any loss arising from reliance on information displayed on the pp98 platform, including but not limited to odds, statistics, or promotional details.
